Payment Options & Time Frame for Picture Movie Digital Download
After completing checkout, you will receive an email requesting the photo or photos needed to create your memorial video. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
DIGITAL PRODUCT
This is a digital product. Nothing will be physically mailed or shipped. Once your memorial video is completed, it will be delivered to the email address provided with your order.
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Please submit the clearest, highest-quality photo available. The clearer the face and overall photo, the better the final results. Clear photos allow us to create a closer likeness of your loved one; however, because the video is created using animation technology, a 100% exact likeness cannot be guaranteed.
The deceased person should be positioned toward the front of the photo and clearly visible. Full-body photos work best, but a clear photo showing at least half of the body may also be used.
Please carefully select the photo you want used before submitting it. Once the photo has been edited and work has been completed, it cannot be replaced or swapped because the results were affected by a blurry, unclear, or low-quality photo. Refunds will not be issued when the final results are affected by the quality of the photo submitted.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE
The memorial video includes one deceased person receiving wings and walking up the stairs to Heaven.
Additional deceased individuals may be included for $10 per person. A maximum of three deceased individuals may receive wings and walk up the stairs together in one video.
COMBINING MULTIPLE PHOTOS
If you would like individuals from separate photos combined into one scene with a single, consistent background, the fee is $25 per photo used.
Collages, photo grids, or screenshots containing multiple separate pictures do not count as one photo. Each individual picture shown within the collage or grid will be counted separately. To qualify as one photo, everyone must already appear together naturally within one picture on one solid, continuous background.
MUSIC
Music is complimentary and is not included as a guaranteed part of the purchase. If you have a specific song you would like used, you may submit the song title and artist. I will check to see if the song is available in the Facebook or Instagram music catalog.
Requested songs cannot be guaranteed. If you do not submit a song request, a song will be selected for your memorial video. Any song used must be available in the Facebook or Instagram music catalog.
COMPLETION TIME
The standard completion time is three business days after all required photos and information have been received. If you need your memorial video sooner, you may upgrade your order to rush service for an additional $15.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the customized and digital nature of this product, all memorial video purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the photo requirements, completion time, digital delivery, music availability, and no-refund policy stated above.
