Shipping and Risk of Loss

When choosing a shipping option, please note that estimated transit times are based on the number of business days in transit and do not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is picked up by the carrier.

 

For example, a product shipped via 2-Day Shipping and picked up on a Thursday would typically be delivered by the end of the day Monday.

We also offer FREE local pickup for customers in the Memphis, Tennessee area.

Shipping transit times vary between carriers. Special Moments Custom Printing assumes no responsibility for delays caused by common carriers. Orders may arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, delivery service delays, equipment breakdowns, weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues.

Special Moments Custom Printing’s responsibility is limited to preparing your order and submitting it to the carrier for shipping.

Special Moments Custom Printing is not liable for damages that occur during shipping.

 

All risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All mailing service delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Special Moments Custom Printing’s responsibility for mailing services is limited to preparing your mailing and delivering it to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Our responsibility ends once the mailing job has been delivered to the Memphis, Tennessee post office.

In no event shall Special Moments Custom Printing be responsible for performance failures or delivery delays caused by any shipping carrier.

If Special Moments Custom Printing causes an error in your mailing service order, we will correct and re-mail the job as soon as possible. Our liability for mailing service errors is limited to the cost of the job itself.

Under no circumstances is Special Moments Custom Printing liable for loss of business, incidental damages, consequential damages, or costs exceeding the total amount billed for the specific job.

Processing Time

You will typically receive your design draft within 24–48 business hours.

Printing Turnaround Time

Printing turnaround time begins after we receive your approved proof.

Special Moments Custom Printing is not responsible for delays caused by a customer’s failure or delay in approving their proof.

Approval Disclosure

Your approval confirms that all information is correct and grants permission for us to proceed with production.

The proof displays the approximate print size, font styles, spelling, and overall layout.

Special Moments Custom Printing will not provide complimentary reprints due to, but not limited to:

  • Typographical errors
  • Missing information
  • Color differences in the final product
  • Layout design issues
  • Errors not identified during the proofing process

Once printing begins, there are NO REFUNDS.

Orders will remain on hold until proof approval is received.

Business Days

Special Moments Custom Printing is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

These days are not included when calculating turnaround or processing times.

Turnaround Guarantee

Our turnaround obligations are fulfilled once your order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We do not guarantee turnaround times for ground shipping orders and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If we fail to meet a guaranteed printing deadline, you may receive:


  • A pro-rated refund of any rush charges, or
  • A free shipping upgrade to meet your required delivery date.

Order cancellation based on turnaround time is only permitted if the required shipping deadline was stated in the order notes and an approval email was issued.
