Custom Obituary Order Policy
All custom obituary orders are non-refundable once the design process has started. Once work has begun on a custom order, there are absolutely no refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, or exceptions for any reason.
This policy is due to the time, labor, business availability, and supplies ordered to complete your order. Once the design process begins, time has already been invested into your project, availability for other orders may have been limited or turned down, and supplies/materials needed to complete the order may already have been purchased or ordered.
Please review all drafts carefully before approval. Once the final draft is approved, no additional changes, edits, or corrections can be made.
Please also understand that printed colors may vary slightly from what is seen on phone, tablet, or computer screens due to screen settings, lighting, and printer output variations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to read all emails, disclosures, policies, procedures, and approval instructions in full. Submitting payment and placing an order confirms your agreement to all policies and procedures listed above.
